Mishal Awadah
Technology Advisor

I help companies get technology right.

After a decade at Apple and Square—architecting systems used by hundreds of engineers and millions of users—I now advise executives, founders, and governments across the Gulf on how to build great products, scale engineering teams, and make technology decisions they won't regret.

Technology decisions compound. The right ones accelerate everything. The wrong ones cost years. I help leadership teams make the right calls—before they become expensive to change.

I'm Mishal Awadah—engineer, technology advisor, and former Apple and Square. I spent a decade in Silicon Valley prototyping Swift before its public debut and architecting platform infrastructure for products used by millions. I hold a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Now I advise founders, executives, and governments across the Gulf. A single strategy session helped a Series A fintech restructure their entire engineering roadmap and prioritize the right product bets. I'm based in Bahrain and work across the GCC.

Your move.

If you're serious about getting technology right, send me a note.
